We want you to love your Illumicrate fashion finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
